Manage a residential portfolio of 220 properties in a Monday to Friday role with dedicated leasing, administration, inspection and accounts support. The ideal chance for someone who enjoys hands-on property management and is looking to manage a portfolio with plenty of support and excellent systems in place.
Rent reviews and lease renewals
Routine and outgoing inspections (with support)
Arrears management
NCAT preparation and attendance
Bond and insurance claims
Oversee repairs and trades
Tenant selection with Landlords
Portfolio compliance

Experience required
Experience working as a Senior Property Manager
Class 2 real estate license
A valid drivers license and reliable car
Excellent time management skills
Knowledge of the residential tenancies act
Ability to work with and direct support staff
