Monash Health in Clayton, VIC, is seeking to appoint an influential Operations Manager for Nephrology Acute and Satellite Clinics. You will oversee Victoria’s largest dialysis service across multiple sites, with 13 direct reports and an on-call roster.

You will lead safety, quality and performance, shape service delivery across acute and satellite units, and partner with regional dialysis teams to meet community needs.
