Our client is a close-knit independent creative agency who love what they do.

Theybring ideas to life across traditional, digital and social channels working with major national brands across diverse industries. Their partnership approach with clients is personal, hands-on and grounded in results.

About the Role:

You’ll work closely with a highly experienced team leader on a portfolio of well-known consumer brands, managing a broad range of projects from promotional campaigns (on & off premise), activations, website development, social & content, and POS.

Key Responsibilities:
Managing marketing briefs and campaign timelines
Liaising with suppliers, creative teams, and digital partners
Overseeing artwork approvals and production
Coordinating campaigns, website builds or activations
Managing budgets, estimates, and terms and conditions
Preparing weekly WIPs and maintaining client communication

About You:

You’re a confident communicator and natural relationship builder who takes pride in delivering exceptional client service. You’re detail-oriented, proactive, and thrive in a fast-paced setting where no two days are the same.

You’ll bring:
3 -4 years’ experience in account management or marketing coordination (previous agency experience highly regarded)
A strong understanding of campaign delivery, timelines, and budgets
Excellent communication and organisation skills
Confidence managing multiple projects and stakeholders
A hands-on, solutions-focused attitude

You’ll also have the prospect to take the reins on a few smaller accounts, giving you autonomy and room to grow.

Salary:

$90 - 100k inc super, dependant upon experience.
