Western Union is seeking a Senior Manager – Change Lead (Customer Due Diligence) to lead end-to-end risk and compliance uplift initiatives within AML/CTF reforms. The role focuses on designing and embedding CDD, including initial, ongoing and enhanced CDD, across risk, governance, and technology interfaces.

You will drive governance frameworks, coordinate with Risk, Compliance, Legal, and Operations, and ensure regulatory alignment and sustainable implementation of controls.
