Metricon is seeking a Service and Warranty Coordinator to join our Geelong team. You will be the key contact for customers post-m handover, handling service and warranty matters with care and efficiency.
Reporting to the Service and Warranty Manager, you will manage requests, support inspectors with scheduling, and liaise with trades and internal teams to ensure timely resolution and excellent customer experience.
