Located in Palm Cove, Nu Nu Restaurant and our ice cream shop Numi are nationally renowned for food and service. Owner Nick Holloway is know for his passion for the food of the sun and Far North Queensland.

Qualifications & experience
Qualified cook with trade qualification. Experience in ice cream production and pastry preferred.
Tasks & responsibilities
Make traditional icecream consistently using pasteuriser, batch freezer & blast chiller
Ice cream production as well as cakes, cookies, jams and chutneys. Ordering and stock control. Must be a team player but also be self motivated and be able to work unsupervised. Assist with preparation for off-site catering events
Deliver Ice-cream to Palm Cove.
