Responsibilities




Managing structural works from in‑ground through to topping out
Coordinating subcontractors and site teams
Monitoring safety, quality, and programme performance
Driving productivity and programme outcomes
Managing concrete structures, formwork, reinforcement, and post‑tensioning activities
Working closely with Site Managers, Project Managers, and Engineering teams
Assisting with construction planning and sequencing

Requirements
Previous experience supervising structural works on construction projects
Experience on mid‑rise or high‑rise developments is essential
Residential tower or commercial high‑rise experience highly regarded
Strong understanding of structural construction methodologies
Ability to manage subcontractors and coordinate site activities
Excellent communication and leadership skills
