Treatment Coordinator

We're seeking a friendly and outgoing Treatment Coordinator to join our fun, friendly and supportive team at The Orthodontist! No experience, but you have a dental background or just love communicating with people, you might be the one!
Working within a up-to-date, dedicated and very established facility, the right candidate can negotiate a permanent, casual, part time or full time role.

Here's a snapshot of what you'll be doing
Welcoming patients and families in a professional and personable manner
Assisting the orthodontist with current and existing patient consultations
Provide exceptional patient care and team support
Invoicing patients and receipt of payments
Managing electronic patient records
Coordinate and support the daily duties of the providers and work closely with our team
Discussing treatment and payment plans with patients and families




Play a pro-active role in each day's appointment schedule and patient activities to ensure things run as seamless as possible
General office duties

A reliable and committed team player
A passion for the dental industry and patient care
Previous experience in Orthodontics or as a Dental Assistant preferred but not essential
A vibrant personality, lots of empathy and a patient-focused approach
Excellent customer service skills with attention to detail
A positive attitude and the ability to be adaptable & adaptable
An ability to handle pressure and multi-task.
