UGL’s Energy & Industrial are seeking an experienced Supervisor - Electrical to support our team on the Goyder BESS project in South Australia!

ABOUT THE ROLE

Reporting to the Construction Manager, the Electrical Supervisor is responsible for front-line supervision of electrical construction activities, workforce coordination and protected project delivery. You will play a critical role in ensuring work is completed safely, to specification, on time and in line with contractual requirements.

This is a hands-on, site-based role on the DIDO/FIFO roster that requires solid leadership, technical electrical expertise, and a proactive approach to safety and quality.

Key responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate daily site-based electrical construction activities
Manage electrical crews, subcontractors and apprentices to ensure productivity, quality and compliance.
Oversee installation and termination of cables, earth grids, HV plant, switchgear and associated services.
Coordinate works in live operational settings including substations.
Lead toolbox talks, pre-start meetings and safety initiatives
Ensure HSSEQ, QA and project documentation requirements are met
