NSW Health's Sydney Youth Cancer Service seeks an experienced Senior Social Worker to support adolescents and young adults with cancer at Prince of Wales Hospital, Randwick. You will perform comprehensive psychosocial assessments, develop care plans, and navigate complex care while leading within the AYA MDT.
You will co-facilitate the NSW/ACT Youth Advisory Group and contribute to service development, patient advocacy, and consumer engagement in a highly specialised setting.
