Site Manager – Residential Construction Eastern Suburbs | Projects up to $20M | $180K + Super

The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join a well-established residential construction team delivering high-quality projects across Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs.

This is an excellent opportunity for a driven Site Manager who enjoys taking ownership of projects from site establishment through to completion, with project values of up to $20 million .

The Role

Reporting to the Project Manager/Construction Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, on programme and to a high standard.

Key responsibilities include:
Managing all site activities from commencement through to completion
Leading and coordinating subcontractors, trades and site personnel
Managing programme, sequencing and daily site operations
Maintaining high standards of quality, safety and workmanship
Coordinating with Project Managers, consultants, architects and clients
Monitoring site costs, variations and resources
Managing inspections, defects and project handover
Ensuring WHS requirements and site procedures are consistently maintained




Driving productivity and maintaining project timelines

About You

We are looking for a Site Manager with strong residential construction experience and the confidence to take ownership of significant projects.

You will ideally have:
Proven experience as a Site Manager within residential construction
Experience delivering projects valued up to $20M
Solid knowledge of construction methodology, programming and site management
Excellent subcontractor and trade management skills
Strong understanding of WHS and quality requirements
Excellent communication and leadership skills
A proactive, organised and solutions-focused approach
Relevant construction qualifications and/or licenses
