Aitken Legal is seeking an experienced Senior Associate or Special Counsel to join our Employment Law team on the Gold Coast, in Robina. The role is available as full time or part time with flexible hybrid arrangements, and we will consider Sunshine Coast candidates for the right fit.
You will provide expert advice to employers, represent them in tribunals, draft employment contracts and policies, undertake investigations, and contribute to a cooperative team.
