About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and reliable Storeperson to join a busy distribution centre team based in Coffs Harbour. This is a full time permanent prospect working a Wednesday to Sunday roster, offering stability, variety, and the chance to play an important role within a thriving fresh produce operation.

In this hands-on position, you will support daily warehouse and distribution activities, including quality control inspections, stock movement, inventory management, freight handling, and dispatch operations. This role is ideal for a motivated individual who enjoys working in a rapid-paced setting and takes pride in maintaining high product and safety standards.

Duties
Perform quality control checks in line with internal product standards.
Assist with the receiving, allocation, labelling, and dispatch of stock.
Complete pre-pack and post-pack activities to ensure product quality is maintained.
Safely load and unload freight.
Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment.
Maintain accurate inventory records and warehouse documentation.




Adhere to all workplace health, safety, and operational procedures.
Support the wider team to ensure daily distribution targets are achieved.

Skills and Experience
Previous experience within a warehouse, distribution centre, logistics, or supply chain environment.
Current and valid Forklift Licence - essential
Experience using inventory management or warehouse management systems.
Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications.
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.
Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team.
Safety-focused approach with a proactive work ethic.
Availability to work weekends as part of a Wednesday to Sunday roster.
