One of Australia’s most respected independent workplace relations firms are seeking a senior workplace relations leader to head their investigation practice and personally deliver high‑risk, sensitive and complex matters. This is a practising leadership role — combining technical authority, complex case management and strategic client engagement.

What you’ll lead:
Complex investigations (misconduct, bullying, harassment, discrimination, executive conduct)
High‑risk advisory and organisational change matters
Intake, scoping, proposals and quality assurance
Development of methodologies, standards and investigator capability
Strategic client relationships and practice growth

What you’ll need in your skills toolbox:
Relevant tertiary qualifications in law, workplace relations, industrial relations, human resources, organisational psychology or a related discipline will be highly regarded.




Extensive senior Workplace Relations / Employee Relations or employment law experience
Deep expertise in complex investigations and defensible decision‑making
Executive‑level advisory capability
Robust commercial judgement and client leadership
Calm authority, independence and exceptional written communication
