They are now looking for a dedicated Onsite Property Manager to join their innovative and dynamic residential property management team.





Work onsite at a brand-new luxury building located in inner Brisbane, situated in a busy precinct close to shops and cafes.

The Assignment:
Work in one of Brisbane's most desired buildings
Support Property Management across multiple luxury inner city buildings
Conduct Inspections, Liaise with owners & tenants & build lasting relationships!
Easy-going body corporates with a great established relationship
Incredible prospect for someone looking to break into Onsite Property Management and learn about development as well as building management

The Successful Candidate:
Minimum of 2+ years of Property Management experience
QLD Certificate of Registration
Strong legislation knowledge
High level of attention to detail
Solid organisational skills
