TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Vehicle Weighing & Documentation : Weigh vehicles, record weight data, and issue weighbridge tickets.



Ensure accurate documentation of all transactions.
Data Entry & System Updates : Input weight data into the system, assist with inventory management, and report discrepancies.
Coordination : Work with production, logistics, and maintenance teams to ensure smooth operations and communicate any delays or issues.
Customer Service : Provide assistance to truck drivers and address queries related to the weighing process.
Safety Compliance : Follow safety protocols, keep the weighbridge area clean, and ensure equipment is maintained properly.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

Previous experience working within a quick-paced production or warehousing environment.
Education & Experience : Prior experience in a similar role is preferred.
Technical Skills : Familiarity with weighbridge systems and basic computer software.
Attention to Detail : Accurate data recording and robust organisational skills.
Communication : Clear verbal and written communication for effective interaction with drivers and team members.
Physical Requirements : Ability to work outdoors and handle physical tasks.
