Disability Support Worker - Bangalow, Ballina, Byron Bay

We’re looking for casual and permanent part‑time Support Workers in Ballina and surrounding suburbs to join our team. Whether you’ve done this before or you’re current and passionate about helping others — we’d love to hear from you.
Pay based on experience up to $47 per hour!

What you will be doing

No two days are the same —you’llbe supporting people to live independently and do the things that matter to them.

This could include:
Personal care (showering, dressing, toileting)
Helping with meals,cleaningand daily tasks
Supporting someone to get out into the community
Attending appointments or social activities
Medication support
Assistingwith mobility (including hoists whererequired)

Shifts available





Shifts are availableacross a variety oftimes,and we will work with you to build a permanent rosterthat suits your availability.
Early mornings (from 6am)
Overnight/sleepover shifts

A commitment to working together to deliver outstanding outcomes
Great listening and respectful communication skills
CurrentFirst Aid & CPRcertificates(or willing to obtain)
Blue Card & NDIS Worker Screening Check (we can help you get these)
Driver’s licence and/or reliable transport
