Location: North West Victoria (Multi-Campus)

Hours: Permanent Fulltime - Fixed Monday–Friday

Salary: $173k Package & $15,900 Salary Packaging

We're seeking an experienced and dynamic Director of Nursing to provide clinical and operational leadership to deliver high-quality, person-centred care across two rural healthcare settings.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and support Nurse Unit Managers and multidisciplinary teams to achieve excellent clinical and operational outcomes
Ensure delivery of secure, high-quality, person-centred care across acute, residential aged care and community services
Champion clinical governance, quality improvement and accreditation activities
Monitor clinical performance, risk management and incident response
Drive workforce engagement, performance management and staff development
Build strong relationships with staff, consumers, families and key stakeholders

Requirements:
AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse




Demonstrated senior leadership and operational management experience within a healthcare setting (NUM or higher)
Strong knowledge of clinical governance, quality improvement and accreditation standards
Ability to lead and inspire teams
Post graduate qualification

Desirable:
Experience working within rural health services
Experience in residential aged care
