The role leads the HR Partnering function, drives workforce strategy, and oversees integration workstreams for acquisitions with a focus on cultural alignment and continuity.
You'll report to the ANZ Chief People Officer and shape organisation design, remuneration frameworks and employment practices in a growth-driven setting.
