We are seeking an enthusiastic Operations AdministrationOfficer to join our greattransport team.

Key responsibilities include:
Completing administrative reports and tasks for key customers
Responding to customer email/phone enquiries
Assisting fleet allocators and operations staff with administrative tasks
KPI reporting and key customer statistical reporting
Ensuring compliance to Health and Safety systems
Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with customers
A proactive and organised approach,



with the ability to prioritise tasks and work independently

To be successful in this role you will:
Take ownership of the role and be able to adapt to the ever changing requirements of transport
Have a friendly and positive attitude and enjoy working in a team workplace
Possess a solid level of computer skills (MS Excel, MS Word)
Have an understanding of pallet management
