Project Support Officer
$56.31 - $62.16 per hour + Super
11-Month Contract (Potential Extension)
Hybrid Working | 3 Days Office / 2 Days WFH
35 Hours Per Week

An exciting chance is available for an experienced Project Support Officer to join a high-profile NSW Government division responsible for providing assurance and advisory services across major infrastructure projects, asset management programs and portfolio risks.

Key Responsibilities
End-to-end invoice processing and payment tracking
Purchase order creation and management
Supplier onboarding and vendor administration
Contract administration and record maintenance
Liaising with Finance teams and internal stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate processing of payments
Coordinating meetings, workshops, forums and review activities
Supporting stakeholder engagement and communication activities
Maintaining project documentation, records and reports
Assisting with governance and administrative support requirements
Coordinating communications, newsletters and stakeholder correspondence

About You

To be successful in this role,



you will demonstrate experience in:
Financial administration, accounts payable or invoice processing
Purchase orders, procurement support or supplier onboarding
Contract administration and records management
Project coordination or project support within a complex setting
Stakeholder engagement and relationship management
Managing competing priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
Robust written and verbal communication skills

Experience within one or more of the following environments will be highly regarded:
NSW Government
Local Government / Councils
Infrastructure
Construction
Engineering
Utilities
Large corporate or regulated environments
