Our client is a growing multi-site consumer business with a strong brand, established operating footprint and an ambitious leadership team. The head office environment is highly collaborative and social, with a real connection between finance, operations and the broader business. This is a business where finance is expected to contribute commercially, not simply report the numbers.

The Opportunity

Reporting directly to an impressive CFO, this is a newly created Head of Finance position designed for an ambitious individual.

You will own the core finance rhythm including board reporting, cash flow, budgeting and financial performance, while also partnering closely with the operational and commercial leaders across the business. You will partner with three operational GMs, marketing and the wider leadership group across a broad mix of commercial projects and ad hoc analysis.

Key Responsibilities
Own board reporting, budgeting, forecasting and cash flow
Maintain robust financial control across a multi-site environment
Lead commercial analysis and provide insight to senior leadership




Partner closely with operational GMs, marketing and other functions
Develop Power BI reporting, automation and self-service capability
Identify practical opportunities to use AI across finance and reporting
Lead and develop an Analyst while supporting broader finance priorities

About You
Robust commercial finance experience within a larger finance function
Comfortable operating across both financial control and commercial finance
Experience preparing board reporting and senior leadership packs
Solid budgeting, forecasting and cash flow capability
Practical Power BI knowledge, including an understanding of the backend
Multi-site experience within hospitality, retail, FMCG or a similar workplace
