What You’ll Do

As a Team Member or Supervisor , you’ll play a key role in creating the warm, premium Koko Black experience our guests love. Depending on your role, you’ll:
Deliver genuine,



high-energy service and hospitality
Create a beautiful store workplace through premium product presentation
Support the daily flow of store operations with positivity and pace
Help with onboarding and training new team members (Supervisors)
Lead zones of the shift and keep the team motivated (Supervisors)
Bring your availability and reliability - especially during key trade times!

You’re friendly, energetic, and thrive in a team
You’re flexible and available across weekdays, weekends, and holiday periods
You’re detail-oriented and love beautiful product and presentation
