Western NSW Local Health District is seeking a Nurse Manager Grade 1 for the Cobar NSW health service. The role focuses on autonomous clinical leadership, staff supervision and delivering optimal patient outcomes in a rural setting.

You will manage case load, plan treatments, recruit, budget and mentor staff while developing educational programs. This is a level 1 management position requiring extensive post graduate experience including Emergency Department work.
