DLL is seeking a Collections & Recoveries Officer to liaise with internal teams and external partners for the timely collection of outstanding payments. The role focuses on minimizing costs, optimizing returns and maintaining customer satisfaction.
You will identify arrears, negotiate plans, monitor debtor behavior and coordinate with Recovery, Specialties, Non-Flow and Sales teams to manage a diverse portfolio.
