Project Administrator – Land Development & Civil Infrastructure

People8 has partnered with a leading engineering consultancy seeking an experienced Project Administrator to join its Land Infrastructure team in Brisbane.

You’ll support the delivery of industrial and commercial land development projects, managing the documentation and administration that keeps projects progressing.

This is an office-based role for someone with 5+ years’ relevant experience who understands civil engineering and construction documentation.

About the Company

A respected engineering consultancy delivering civil, structural and flood engineering solutions, recognised for technical excellence and team-oriented project delivery.

Working within the Land Infrastructure team, you’ll support industrial and commercial development projects and the associated civil infrastructure. You’ll work closely with engineers and project teams to coordinate construction documentation, drawings, correspondence, registers and project records throughout delivery.

This is not a site-based role. Your focus will be on keeping project documentation accurate,



organised and moving between consultants, contractors and other stakeholders.

Requirements
5+ years’ experience in project administration, construction administration or document control within civil engineering, land development or construction
Experience supporting industrial and/or commercial land development projects
Solid capability managing drawings, registers, correspondence, reports and construction documentation
Understanding of civil infrastructure and documentation processes across design and construction
Highly organised with the ability to coordinate documentation across engineers, consultants, contractors and multiple projects

What's on Offer
Total Remuneration Package up to $110,000, with flexibility to negotiate based on experience
Brisbane-based, office-focused position with no regular site attendance required
