Marsh is seeking an Insurance Operations Team Supervisor to lead a team of Client Service Specialists and drive operational excellence across our insurance servicing workplace. The role can be based in Melbourne, Sydney or Brisbane and requires in-office presence at least three days per week.
You will lead through coaching, training and performance management, coordinate workload to meet SLAs, and partner with brokers and IT to implement process improvements and automation.
