About You

We’re seeking passionate, hands‑on leaders with McDonald’s (or QSR/fast food) experience and a robust customer and team focus.

You will bring:
Proven experience in McDonald’s or a similar rapid-paced QSR environment
Strong operations, team management and coaching skills
Familiarity with McDonald’s systems including RDM, QSC&V;, and compliance
Great communication, personal presentation, and people leadership
A focus on procedures, safety, and delivering consistent service
A team-oriented approach and desire to grow within a multi-store group

Your Key Responsibilities
Deliver exceptional customer experience and uphold QSC&V; standards
Lead teams to hit KPIs and achieve performance goals
Coach and develop staff using McDonald’s core systems
Execute marketing campaigns and new initiatives effectively
Manage compliance with McDonald’s and workplace legislation
Lead staffing, engagement, and succession planning
Ensure workplace safety is upheld in all operations
