We are looking for experienced Maintenance Handyperson / All-Rounder to work with a leading Gold Coast contractor completing maintenance and repairs across property portfolios for real estate agencies throughout the Gold Coast.This is a casual position with consistent ongoing work available for the right person.
You'll attend residential rental properties and complete a variety of maintenance and repair jobs independently.The RoleWork will include:General property maintenance and repairsCarpentry repairs and minor installationsPlasterboard repairs and patchingDoor, lock, handle and hinge repairsSkirting boards and architravesWall and ceiling repairsMinor painting and touch-upsFencing and gate repairsGeneral handyman and maintenance tasksIdentifying and reporting additional works requiredProviding photos and explicit updates on completed jobsWhat The Company is Looking ForProven experience in carpentry,
