This is a hands‐on role for a qualified tradesperson who can work independently, lead by example, and take complex jobs from diagnosis through to completion.
You'll be the person the team turns to when a tricky fault needs sorting.Key Responsibilities:Carry out advanced diagnostics, servicing and repairs across a range of makes and modelsUse diagnostic equipment and software to identify and resolve electrical, mechanical and electronic faultsComplete logbook servicing, brakes, suspension,



steering and driveline work to a high standardConduct vehicle inspections and roadworthy testingMentor and support apprentices and junior mechanicsMaintain accurate service records and job documentationEnsure all work is completed to Australian standards in a clean, protected workshopSkills and Experience Required:Cert III in Light Vehicle Mechanical Technology (or equivalent trade qualification)Proven experience at a senior level with solid diagnostic skillsConfident using up-to-date diagnostic scan tools and softwareAbility to work autonomously and manage your own workloadA safety‐first attitude and genuine pride in quality workmanshipStrong communication skills and a team‐first mindsetWhy Join Us:Competitive hourly rate of $50 - $55 based on experience, plus superOngoing training and support to keep your skills currentA well‐equipped workshop and a supportive, experienced team
