The Role

You'll be the face of our practice — the warm, qualified first impression that sets the tone for every patient visit. Working across our consulting clinics, you'll keep things running smoothly behind the scenes while making patients feel genuinely looked after from the moment they walk in.

Day-to-day, you'll be:
Welcoming patients and delivering a calm, skilled experience
Managing bookings, schedules, and patient flow across clinics




Supporting clinical staff with daily operations
Handling data entry, correspondence, and administrative tasks
Liaising with patients, referrers, and colleagues with clarity and care

What You Bring
Solid communication and organisational skills
Confidence picking up new systems and technology
Experience in healthcare or medical administration(preferred)
Adaptability and a proactive, team-player attitude
