PROGRAMMED Energy & Resources is currently seeking an experienced and qualified Mechanical Fitter Supervisor to join our team in a full time capacity based in Penrith. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled mechanical fitter with proven supervisory experience to take on a key role overseeing site and workshop activities, coordinating works and supporting a robust safety-focused team.

Standard hours: 7:00am - 3:30pm with limited overtime

About the Role
As a Mechanical Fitter Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating mechanical maintenance activities across site and workshop operations. Working alongside an experienced and safety-focused team.
About You
Trade Certificate III in Engineering – Mechanical Fitter and machinist
A solid commitment to workplace health and safety
Previous experience supervising site and workshop activities
The ability to successfully complete a pre-employment medical and Drug & Alcohol screening
Ability to coordinate and schedule works
Ability to interpret engineering drawings
Computer literacy is a must
