The Role

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and passionate Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our venue. Reporting to the Restaurant Manager, you'll be responsible for leading a team and executing a unique customer experience. The right person will be experienced with robust floor and waiting abilities. The ability to lead with a positive demeanour and ensure customers have a memorable experience is crucial to this role.

Must be available to work Wednesday–Sunday, with Monday and Tuesday as consecutive days off. Immediate Start!

Tasks and responsibilities:




Overseeing and leading a passionate team of hospitality professionals
Delivering a unique and enjoyable customer experience
Assisting with functions and events
Supporting and administering a structured staff training program
Stock management including ordering, rotation and wastage control
Assisting the Restaurant Manager where required including general HR and Administration duties

You’ll be perfect for this role if you have:
A passion for coffee, customers, service and hospitality
At least two years’ experience in a leadership role
Strong service skills with the ability to manage a team
Personable approach with impeccable presentation
Advanced interpersonal, communication, customer service and leadership skills
RSA (required)
