Scoresby VIC | Exports | DG & Specialised Freight | End to End Ownership

This is not simply a freight booking role . We are seeking an experienced Export Coordinator to manage international export shipments from initial request through documentation, compliance, freight coordination, tracking and final delivery.

About the Role

You will be responsible for:
Managing international exports end to end
Coordinating Dangerous Goods, temperature sensitive and specialised shipments
Preparing and reviewing export and DG documentation
Ensuring customs, regulatory and internal compliance
Coordinating warehouses, freight forwarders and carriers
Proactively tracking shipments and managing exceptions

What We're Looking For

You will ideally have:
Experience in export coordination, international freight, shipping or logistics
Proven end to end international export experience
Practical Dangerous Goods experience
Exposure to temperature sensitive or specialised cargo




Strong knowledge of export documentation and compliance
Experience working with freight forwarders, carriers and warehouses
Solid tracking and exception management skills
Excellent attention to detail

About you
You don't consider the job finished once the freight is booked.
If a shipment hasn't moved, you want to know why .
If documentation isn't right, you question it .
If delivery is at risk, you act before it becomes a problem .
You take ownership of the shipment journey through to successful delivery.
