Lead Physiotherapist | Private Practice | Full Time

Location: Rockhampton & Yeppoon, QLD

Salary: Up to $120k base + super + monthly bonus

Join a well-established private practice as a Lead Physiotherapist . This role offers a unique 60% clinical / 40% leadership split, allowing you to combine hands-on patient care with mentoring clinicians, driving business growth, and shaping clinical excellence across clinics in Rockhampton and Yeppoon .
Lead a mixed MSK, sports, NDIS, DVA, EPC and private caseload
Mentor physiotherapists, deliver CPD sessions and conduct performance reviews
Build referral networks and contribute to clinic growth and business development
Work across both clinic locations (1 day/week in Yeppoon, remainder in Rockhampton)

Skills & experience
AHPRA registered Physiotherapist
Minimum 5+ years' physiotherapy experience , ideally in private practice
Solid MSK and manual therapy skills
Previous leadership, mentoring or business development experience
Women's Health experience desirable but not essential
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
