Bunnings Group is seeking a Department Manager to oversee daily operations, sales and high-volume stock in your specialist area. You will lead a 20+ solid team, train staff to deliver Best Experience, and collaborate with Merchandising, Store Leadership and Health & Safety to ensure top results.
You will report to the Operations Manager and Complex Manager and work a 1 in 3 weekend roster with some public holidays. A safety‑conscious leader who can open/close the store will thrive here.
