About the role

The successful applicants will provide person-centred support tailored to the client's individual needs, providing one-on-one support to an active woman in her 60s living with Multiple Sclerosis. This is a highly rewarding and diverse role for individuals who are skilled, reliable, and enjoy supporting someone to live independently and participate fully in everyday life.

Key responsibilities
Personal care, including showering, dressing, grooming, and assisting with preparation for the day.
Meal planning, cooking, and food preparation.
General household duties including cleaning, laundry, bed making, and maintaining a clean, organised home.
Commencing each shift with a general tidy of the home, returning items to the kitchen and attending to any housekeeping tasks requiring attention.
Accompanying the client to physiotherapy, exercise physiology, medical appointments, shopping, errands, and other community activities.
Providing support during social outings, events,



and recreational activities.
Occasional interstate travel to attend conferences, events, or functions, with all arrangements discussed and agreed upon in advance.
