Vue & Encore Pty Ltd on the Gold Coast is seeking a Guest Service Agent to join our holiday letting team in Broadbeach. You will be the first point of contact for guests, delivering friendly, effective service and helping to create a smooth and enjoyable stay.
Duties include welcoming guests, check-in/out, handling reservations and enquiries, coordinating with housekeeping, and providing local recommendations. Weekend shifts required; solid communication and RMS Cloud experience preferred.
