Fitness First Barangaroo is looking for an ambitious Personal Trainer to join our team and build their own PT business within one of Sydney’s leading CBD clubs.

Located in the heart of Barangaroo, our club has a strong membership base of professionals and corporate clients, making it an ideal environment for a motivated trainer looking to establish and grow a successful client base.

The opportunity

As a Personal Trainer at Fitness First Barangaroo, you'll operate your own PT business while working within an established gym environment. You'll have the freedom to develop your own coaching style, services and client base, with support from the club and PT Manager along the way.

We're looking for someone who is proactive, personable and genuinely interested in building a long-term PT business — not simply waiting for clients to be handed to them.

We're looking for someone who
Holds Certificate III & IV in Fitness or equivalent
Has current First Aid and CPR
Is registered/insured appropriately to operate as a Personal Trainer
Has strong communication and people skills
Takes ownership of developing their business
Is comfortable approaching and engaging with members
Delivers a high standard of coaching and customer service
Is reliable, professional and team-oriented
Is motivated to build a sustainable PT career

Previous PT experience is valuable, but attitude, professionalism and willingness to build your business are just as key.
