Storepersons & Pick Packers Wanted – Western Suburbs!

Action Workforce is currently seeking reliable and experienced Storepersons and Pick Packers to join our clients across Melbourne’s Western Suburbs.This is a great opportunity to secure ongoing work with reputable warehouse operations, offering consistent hours and the opportunity to work in fast-paced and supportive team settings.

Monday–Friday availability is essential.
AM & PM shifts!

Key Responsibilities:
Picking and packing customer orders
RF scanning and stock handling
Operating a tugger to move stock around the warehouse
Sorting and organising stock
Putaways and replenishments
Loading and unloading
General warehouse duties
Maintaining a clean, secure and organised work setting
Working towards daily KPIs and productivity targets

To Be Successful, You Will Have:
Previous warehouse,



pick packing or storeperson experience
Tugger operating experience highly regarded
RF scanning experience highly regarded
Positive attention to detail and accuracy
Strong reliability and work ethic
Ability to work in a quick-paced environment
Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team
Monday–Friday availability
