Job Description
As a Trainee Service Advisor, you will work closely with our experienced Service Team to learn all aspects of the Service Advisor role. You will be the key link between our customers and workshop technicians, ensuring every customer receives exceptional service and support throughout their vehicle servicing experience.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Greeting and assisting customers in a professional and friendly manner
* Booking service appointments and managing customer enquiries
* Liaising with technicians regarding service and repair requirements
* Keeping customers updated on the progress of their vehicle
* Preparing service documentation and invoices
* Learning dealership systems and processes
* Delivering a high standard of customer service at all times
