Maven Dental Busselton is looking for an experienced Dental Assistant to join our team 4 days a week, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday, 8:15am–5:15pm. With four dentists, a variety of procedures and a supportive team, no two days are quite the same and when you’re finished, Geographe Bay is just minutes away.

Job Description

You’ll be the steady hand chairside across a mix of general and more complex procedures, working alongside different clinicians and adapting to how each of them likes to run a room.

Your Responsibilities Will Include
Chairside assisting across a range of dental procedures
Preparing treatment rooms and maintaining excellent infection control standards
Supporting dentists during patient care and procedures
Sterilisation and instrument management
Providing reassurance and support to patients throughout their dental journey
Maintaining a clean, organised and efficient clinical environment
Working collaboratively with the wider practice team

Qualifications
Have previous experience working as a Dental Assistant
Be confident providing chairside support in a busy dental environment




Have strong knowledge of infection control and sterilisation procedures
Be reliable, organised and enjoy working as part of a team
Have a warm and friendly approach with patients
Take pride in delivering high-quality patient care
