Role & Responsibilities
Perform high-standard commercial cleaning across office spaces, common areas, and facilities.




Conductgeneral yard maintenanceto keep external grounds pristine.
Operate equipment safely for outdoor care, includingmowing and whipper snipping.
Utilizepressure cleanersto wash down pathways, driveways, and building exteriors.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Experience:Proven professional cleaning and grounds maintenance experience is essential.
Equipment Skills:Practical experience operating lawnmowers, whipper snippers, and pressure cleaners safely.
Checks:Current Police Check and Working with Children Check (WWCC).
Licence:Valid manual driver's licence is required.
Attributes:High honesty, reliability, and excellent attention to detail.
Autonomy:Ability to work efficiently in a team or completely unsupervised.
