The Role:
We are seeking a friendly, professional, and guest-focusedConciergeto join our team.
As the first point of contact for our guests, you will create exceptional first impressions by delivering warm welcomes, assisting with luggage and valet services, and providing expert local recommendations to ensure a seamless and memorable stay.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver a warm, professional welcome and farewell to all guests, creating exceptional first and last impressions.
Anticipate guest needs and provide prompt, personalized service at all times.
Assist with luggage handling, storage, and delivery, ensuring guest belongings are secure and managed according to hotel procedures.
Provide valet parking services, including the secure parking and retrieval of guest vehicles.
Coordinate transportation, restaurant reservations, local tours, and other guest requests.
Share knowledgeable recommendations on local attractions, dining, events, and experiences.
Maintain a visible presence in the foyer, entrance, driveway, and concierge area, ensuring guests receive timely assistance.
Monitor hotel arrivals, departures, VIP guests, groups,



and special events to ensure seamless guest experiences.
Promote hotel facilities, services, and amenities to enhance guest satisfaction and drive revenue opportunities.
Handle guest enquiries, feedback, and concerns professionally, escalating issues as required.
Ensure the hotel foyer, entrance, driveway, valet areas, and concierge desk are presented to the highest standard at all times.
Adhere to valet parking, security, key control, and property management procedures.
Maintain awareness of hotel security protocols, emergency procedures, and workplace health and safety requirements.
Accurately complete required documentation, logs, reports, and shift handovers.
Collaborate closely with Front Office and other departments to deliver a seamless guest experience.
Support hotel operations by assisting with additional duties as directed by management.
Skills and Experience
Previous experience in a Concierge, Valet, Guest Services, or hospitality role.
Current South Australian Driver's Licence (manual driving experience highly regarded).
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Professional presentation and a guest-focused attitude.
Basic Microsoft Office proficiency.
Ability to work a flexible 7-day rotating roster.
Valid Australian work rights.
