We're looking for anexperienced Employment Services leaderto take the reins of our Fairfield branch.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll be responsible forbranch performance, participant outcomes, team capability and contractual KPI delivery.
You'll lead from the front, coach your team to perform and build strong relationships with employers and local stakeholders to drive sustainable employment outcomes.

The Role
Lead, coach and develop a team of Employment Consultants




Driveparticipant engagement, caseload performance, job placements and sustainable employment outcomes
Monitor branch performance againstcontractual KPIs, targets and compliance requirements
Use performance data and reporting to identify gaps and drive continuous improvement
Build strongemployer and community partnershipsto create employment opportunities
Conduct regular coaching, performance reviews and case management reviews
Create a culture ofaccountability, high performance and exceptional participant service
Oversee the day-to-day operational performance of the branch
About You
Previous experience inEmployment Services, Workforce Australia, Transition to Work or a similar program
Proven experience leading and coaching aKPI-driven team
Solid employer engagement and stakeholder management skills
A hands-on, accountable and solutions-focused leadership style
