About the role
Looking for a flexible role with regular hours, outstanding people and plenty of variety?
Join our Alice Springs team for ***** hours a week across a minimum of three days, with flexibility around when you work.
No self-storage experience needed — bring a great attitude, enjoy helping customers, and we'll teach you the rest.
You'll play an important part in creating a great experience for our customers and supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of our Alice Springs centre.
This isn't a typical retail job.
You'll work with customers to help them find the right storage solution, manage enquiries and move-ins, assist with day-to-day administration and help keep the facility looking its best.
Key responsibilities
Responding to customer enquiries in person, over the phone and online
Helping customers choose the right storage solution for their needs
Providing information on unit availability, pricing and rental terms
Assisting customers through the rental and move-in process
Completing general administration and customer documentation
Following up enquiries and helping convert leads into customers
Providing friendly, professional and solution-focused customer service
Helping maintain high standards of centre presentation
Undertaking general cleaning, tidying and outdoor duties
Identifying and reporting maintenance or safety issues
About you




Enjoys talking to people and providing excellent customer service
Friendly, confident and professional
Reliable and takes pride in their work
Comfortable working independently
Good communication and basic computer skills
Organised and able to manage different tasks throughout the day
Willing to help wherever needed
Good attention to detail
Comfortable performing cleaning and outdoor duties
Experience in customer service, retail, reception, administration, hospitality, tourism, property services or sales would be an advantage, but is not essential
