About the Role
This is agenuine dual-role position, combining bothdriving responsibilitiesandhands-on production workin our laundry facility.
Reporting to the Dispatch Supervisor, your time will be split between:
The pickup and delivery of linen to and from Blueline customers.
Ensuring the truck is kept within service requirements.
Engaging with customers and representing Blueline in the community between customer deliveries and pickups
Perform general laundry processing duties including the support and mentoring of other workers.
Maintain a pleasant and protected environment while working as part of a team to achieve organisational goals.
The Driver / Production Worker will have the ability to operate with a high level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism at all times within a team environment.
The Driver / Production Worker will operate with a high level of autonomy within the objectives, policies, and procedures of Blueline Laundry.

This position is award based and paid in accordance with the Road Transport and Distribution Award ****, Grade 3, which is $***** per hour, plus applicable allowances.

When performingProduction Worker role, you will be paid in accordance with the Supported Employment Services Award.
