Western NSW Local Health District in Dubbo, NSW, is seeking a Patient Experience Officer – Emergency Department.
This permanent part time role (16 hours per week) focuses on delivering exceptional patient and carer communication across the department to improve patient outcomes.
The successful candidate will work within a collaborative, multidisciplinary team serving the Dubbo Health Service ED, which handles thousands of presentations annually.
