About the role
As part of continued growth, you'll take on the end to end management of a residential property portfolio, working closely with landlords, tenants, and contractors to deliver exceptional service and maintain properties to the highest standard.
Key responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants and tradespeople
Coordinate maintenance and repairs promptly and efficiently
Conduct routine inspections, property condition reports, and final bond inspections
Manage lease agreements, renewals, rent collection, and arrears
Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and industry standards
Provide exceptional customer service and resolve issues professionally
About you
WA Property Manager Registration (essential)
Valid Driver's Licence
Sound knowledge of the Residential Tenancies Act, REBA, and REIWA Code of Ethics
Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
High attention to detail, strong organisation, and time management
Confident using property management software and modern tech tools
Knowledge of the Geraldton area is an advantage
