Macquarie University is seeking a Student Support Assistant within the Student Wellbeing team at Wallumattagal Campus, North Ryde.
This full-time in office role provides front-line reception, concierge and administrative support to students, helping them feel seen, safe and connected to the services they need.
Reporting to the Manager, Care and Welfare, you will handle enquiries, initial triage, and connect students to specialist staff while complying with risk protocols and WHS requirements.
